IWA is excited to announce both their Winter Novice Program and Youth Program!
Please read the program descriptions and expectations below to carefully to consider which program will best suit your athlete and family circumstances and needs.
Winter Novice Program - starts December 1, 2025! - FULL
Cost: $75
Description:
This program is designed for young kids who are looking to get started in the sport or have less than 2 seasons of experience and require training in the basic positions of the sport.
Schedule:
Mondays - 5:45pm - 6:45pm
December 1 – February 9th
Ages: 6 - 11
Impact Wrestling Academy is excited to announce its Winter Novice Program! Expectations for the Novice program to evaluate if it is the right fit for you:
Experience: Zero to minimal wrestling skill.
Commitment: We ask parents and kids to be consistent each week.
Focus and Intensity: Able to follow simple instructions for a 1 hour session
Respect & Sportsmanship: Consistently displays respectful behavior towards coaches, teammates, and the sport. Maintains a positive attitude and contributes constructively to the training environment.
14 spots available (a minimum number of registrants will be required for program to take place)
Winter Youth Program - starts November 11, 2025! - Limited slots still available.

Description:
Our Youth Program is designed for athletes with 2+ seasons of experience. These athletes have progressed beyond our novice class, and have a grasp of the fundamental positions in the sport. They are seeking to grow their skill set and learn how to be a competitor on the mat and in life.
Schedule and Pricing:
Mondays, Tuesdays, & Thursdays - 7pm - 8:30pm
T/Th only: $250
M/T/Th: $350
November 11 – late February (exact week TBD)
Ages: 8-14
Expectations for the Youth program to evaluate if it is the right fit for you (Please carefully consider this. IWA leadership will ultimately decide if each wrestler is an appropriate fit, and are often asked to move to the Novice program because they are not an appropriate fit.):
Experience: Two or more years of continuous competitive wrestling experience.
Commitment: High-level dedication is mandatory. Participants are expected to maintain near-perfect attendance at all scheduled practices, arrive ready to begin on time, and be prepared to participate in tournaments and competitive events as recommended by the coaches.
Focus and Intensity: Wrestlers must be able to maintain intense focus and sustain a high-level of effort throughout extended, fast-paced practice sessions
Respect & Sportsmanship: Consistently displays exceptional maturity towards coaches, teammates, and opponents. Maintains a relentless work ethic, serves as a positive and constructive leader within the room, and handles wins and losses with a growth mindset.
